Yes! We can inspect pools & spas for an additional add-on to your home inspection. Just let us know that you will need a pool or spa inspected and we can include it in your inspection report.

No, but we can inspect an additional structure as an add-on to your home inspection. Just let us know if the property has detached structures and we can include them in your inspection report if desired.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and cash payments. We do not accept checks.
Day of Inspection

I always recommend my client is present at the inspection, so I can answer any questions. However, if you or your agent cannot attend, I will be available for any follow up questions concerning the inspection report.

The average home inspection takes anywhere from 2.5 to 3 hours. This can vary depending on the size of the home.

Absolutely! I will be available at the inspection for questions as well as any follow-up that is needed via phone or e-mail.
The Report

After the initial inspection, your report will be delivered digitally (via email) within 24 hours. I will be available for follow up questions via phone or email as well.

Yes. Any recommendations for repairs will be included in your report.

No. As required by law, we cannot offer repair services on homes that we inspect. We will recommend specific types of repair services in your report.

We will make appropriate recommendations for specific problems we find during the inspection to help you make informed decisions.
